Born and raised in rural East Texas near the Louisiana border, Daniel is heavily influenced by the beautiful stretch of land from the piney woods of Nacogdoches to the beautiful Bayou Teche of Southern Louisiana.
After moving to the Austin area for the music scene some years ago, Daniel now calls Lafayette, Louisiana home. Still influenced by the connection to the land and water and by the heartbreaks and joys of everyday life, Daniel is still searching for songs and hoping to bring joy into people's lives through his music.
